Our Courtyard

Pridhamsleigh Holiday Barns offer three unique cottages that are part of a 17th Century Manor House, located within a walled courtyard each with their own private access and car parking facility. Surrounded by the stunning scenery of South Devon the cottages are conveniently located for the A38 within a short drive of the historic town of Ashburton and the rugged trails of Dartmoor National Park. The famous beaches of Torquay and Paignton as well as family-friendly fishing villages are also easily within reach by car. Other attractions, such as Pridhamsleigh Cavern across the road from Pridhamsleigh Holiday Barns, bring cavers to the area all year round.

Milk Churn Cottage

Milk Churn Cottage has recently been refurbished and boasts a new bathroom along with a lounge and two bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and one with bunk beds. Please click on the picture to see all of the facilities, prices and availability.

Shippon Cottage

Shippon Cottage has recently been completely refurbished and boasts a new kitchen and bathroom along with a lounge and two bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and one with twin single beds. Please click on the picture to see all of the facilities, prices and availability.

Old Dairy Barn

Old Dairy Barn occupies one side of the walled courtyard forming part of the 17th century Manor House. It has been completely refurbished and now boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor whilst the upstairs has a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It has its own entrance, private parking and a sheltered sitting area outside. The bedrooms are configured as three doubles and the fourth has either a single, two singles or a double according to your preference.
